Draconus Noir Guidelines
To all guild members: as a guild first and formost we want to have fun and unite as friends and allies. Secondly, everyone is asked to contribute according to their strengths and talents, for some thats in organizing, for others it may be an ability to understand how instances work and how to share that knowledge with others. There are MANY ways to contribute to the guild... if anyone is unsure how they can help, ask!  Lastly, EVERYONE is expected to respect their fellow guildies at all times.
So here are a few guidlines you may find helpful, and some information you need to know.

* HELP
Help is not an entitlement. Asking a level 70 to run you through VC is a waste of their time, and yours. This guild believes that its members rise through work, and playing the game as well as learning your character. This is done by grouping and learning to work with other players. This is also a good way to make friends and build your alliances so that by the time you have a 70 main, you have other players in the guild willing to help you speed level your alt as you help them in the same way. Grouping with strangers is a good way to recruit needed positions into the guild near your level.
* GUILDCHAT
Guildchat is an area shared by all. It is mandatory that it stay at a MILD pg13 level. Being disrespectful of other guildmembers will not be tolerated either. Harassing, demaning or hurtful conduct is not acceptable. We are here to build, not tear down. Guildchat is a good place to look for other players who need the same quests or instances as you, but dont take it personally if you dont get all the replies you were hoping to get and spamming guildchat is not acceptable. Guildchat is not a place to air out differences you may have with other players, if there is a problem with another player that you cannot resolve, please bring it to the attention of a Supreme Wannabe or the Supreme Being. Please share in guildchat, let us know whats worked well for you, offer your knowledge of the game to those seeking it... all of us have something to give.
* [b]GUILDGROUPS[/b]
When doing raids/instances with guildies, the leader makes the call as to how the battle will be fought. Please follow instruction. Leaders are also advised to accept input from group members. Looting will be as follows...
1. Green Items - greed
2. Bind On Equip Blues - greed roll unless need. Need is defined as needed for that char and can be equipped at the time of the drop. ASK group if its ok before need rolling.
3. Bind On Pickup Blues - Pass rolls on these items always. Leader will moderate if need rolls are in order, greed rolls come second. If an enchanter is part of the group, the group can discuss if they would rather have a "de" for shard.

As a guild we are here to help each other as best we can, Enchanters, Tailors, Alchemists and so on should do what they can to help their fellow members not only when grouped as a guild but also in general when in the WoW universe.
