All groups are now posted including Za and Monday night Kara. You will see a lot of new faces, as these are the last pre-expansion raids. I am looking at taking a 2-3 week break from guild organized raids and possibly revisiting the the raid scheduling system.

Nice week last week everyone. We got to add some new bosses to our progression and I expect to add some more this week. So please be here on time and ready to accept invites no later than 15 mins before the raid. with 25 mans scheduled all 3 nights it is EXTREMELY important that you are logged in on your char and ready to accept the invite. It is a real pain in the ass to go down the list, put out 25 invites and then try to figure out who the 3 are that didn't join the group. Enough said, here are the groupings...

We had some really nice runs this week guys, and I anticipate doing even better this week. I know most of you have heard that bosses will be weaker this weak in the raids. This will not excuse any of us from showing up without food or pots, we need to take advantage of this and do full clears and do them QUICKLY!!! Please make sure you are comfortable with your spec as well. If you're trying out something new and still suck at it, please dont take it into a raid
I would also like to see a friday night group, but since those have been really ugly for me to schedule, I am asking that you send me an ingame mail if interested by Tues night. Rogannon
Though raiding has been trimmed down in light of the upcoming expansion please go to www.draconusnoir.info to fill out a form that will help Rogannon schedule raids in the future.
Also please use caution when putting items in the guild bank. I have recently had several gray items i needed to remove, and other small, mostly worthless items like refreshing spring water or crunchy spider legs. We dont need those, but if you want sell them and put the gold in the bank! If anyone needs items from the bank that they cant access please send game mail to the character "sumaat" that i use to keep the bank organized.
Its an abbreviated raid schedule this week , a lot of regulars are not available. I suspect this wil be a trend going into the expansion as I am hearing similar reports from other guilds. Lets focus hard on the limited raids and getting through them as well as catching up on faction rep, badge gear and professions and be prepared to get into the expansion running. We will treat expansion instances as raidsuntil such point as we have groups ready to raid.

In light of John doing afull overhaul of the ranking system, it will make his life easier to not have to pour through the requests on the site. Please be patient with him and allow him to complete the task and then if you feel your rank is improper feel free to enter the request. Thanks for understanding Rog

First a welcome to new guildmembers, glad to have you here and your presence makes it possible to schedule more groups for players that wanted a chance. I want to thank everyone in advance for their patience this week, as some of the groups may not be as balanced as they appear on paper. This could take a little fine-tuning after the fact, but give me this week to learn with as I'm inserting a lot of new players into the raids. PLEASE all check my work closely, make sure I haven't scheduled you AND an alt on the same night or made some other error. Thanks again to all who filled out the form at DraconusNoir.INFO as it is the ONLY source I am using to schedule raids. I know for next Monday I have a hole to fill with one healer, so if someone has an alt or knows of someone I missed please let me know. For those new to our raids here are some things to know going in.
1) Please be ready to accept an invite/summon 15 mins before the raid 2) Please have pots and food 3) Raid time limits are 4 hours 4) No one loots bosses but the raid leader 5) ALL purples are passed on 6) blues/greens are greed rolled 7) 1st round of rolls are need based on your CURRENT spec according to Wow-loot.com. if no properly specced char is present, or wants, secondary classes will then roll. ROLLS WILL GO FAST SO BE ALERT! 8) Shards will be rolled for at the end of the run with a single roll. If there are more than 10, the highest rolls will get 2. 9) Teamspeak, Deadly Bossmods, Diamond/ktm threatmeters are the needed mods. 10) HAVE SOME FUN!!!!

For those of you curious i believe the Friday Kara group is going back in tonight at 8pm server to finish off nethersprite. If there are any questions contact Afflicthis,Korvan or Bigcal. We had him down to like 10% last night guys, beat him down tonight! Ill be on if Im needed to fill a DPS spot, and if Im not in there Good Luck!
Ok, sat night's meeting was a little light, but i'm taking into consideration it was a holiday weekend. A couple of points on everyone's mind were: if you're part of the raid and can't make it let us know or there will be consequences, I will also be looking at other opptions for the guild website. Also we are thinking about adding a new rank to the guild, that of raider. It is not a rank with more power, but a way to quickly identify those of you who want to make that commitment to be available for raids. It WILL come with responsibilities!!! Please also be on the lookout for a simple form which will be an extreme help to me when looking at who wants to participate. I hope to have it linked to the site this week. GRATZ to both groups on Kara clears, and lets look to doing it faster this week.
BTW!!!Raids will be limited to 4 hours... BE THERE ON TIME AND PREPARED!!! THIS IS UP TO YOU!!!
